These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Bet Fred and your use of the remote gambling services provided via the website betfrad.com to customers in the United Kingdom. By registering an account, accessing or using any gambling products on betfrad.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Safer Gambling policies and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

Account Registration

Account Creation Process

User Obligations

- You must open only one Account for personal use. Multiple Accounts, impersonation of others, or acting on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username, password, security questions) confidential and secure. You must not disclose them to any other person or allow any other person to use your Account.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- All Bets must be placed via your registered Account on betfrad.com using your available Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance in accordance with the relevant promotion rules.
- Each Game or betting product may be subject to specific rules and paytables. By placing a Bet, you agree to those specific rules in addition to these Terms.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and may vary by Game, market, or customer risk profile. Limits will usually be displayed in the Game interface or bet slip.
- A Bet is deemed accepted when it has been processed and recorded on our servers and appears in your bet history or transaction log. If there is any disagreement about whether a Bet has been placed or accepted, our records (subject to regulatory oversight) will be conclusive, unless they are shown to be incorrect.
Types of Bets and Settlement
- We may offer a range of products including but not limited to: real-event sports betting, virtual sports, casino games (such as slots, table games and live dealer games) and pool betting activities, as permitted by our UKGC licence 39544.
- Bets on real-event markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or data provider. Where we rely on third-party data, settlement will reflect that data unless clearly incorrect.
- Casino and virtual Games are determined by random number generator ("RNG") outcomes or live game processes. The outcome shown on your device and recorded on our servers after a completed Game round is final.
- In cases of obvious error (including palpable odds errors, incorrect market settlement, or wrongly credited winnings), we may correct the error, void affected Bets and adjust your Account to the position it would reasonably have been in had the error not occurred, in accordance with UKGC requirements and fairness principles.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Once a Bet has been placed and accepted by us, you do not have the right to cancel it, except where specific Game rules expressly allow cancellation or cash-out functionality before an event or Game round is completed.
- We may, in limited circumstances, void or cancel Bets where:
- There is a technical failure or system error affecting the acceptance or settlement of Bets;

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Interactions
- Where chat functions or live dealer interactions are provided, you must act respectfully towards staff and other players. You must not use abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, threatening, or otherwise offensive language or content.
- You must not promote or arrange collusion, share confidential information, advertise third-party services, or solicit other players.
- We may monitor and record chat and communications for security, training and regulatory compliance purposes. We may remove chat privileges, suspend or close your Account, or take other appropriate action if you breach these rules.
- Any attempts to manipulate Games, exploit software bugs, use automated tools or bots, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited and may result in voided Bets, confiscation of funds, Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- From time to time, we may offer Bonuses, free bets, free spins or other promotions to eligible players on betfrad.com. Each promotion is subject to these Bonus Terms and any specific terms published with that promotion ("Promotional Terms").
- Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and must be used in a fair and reasonable manner. We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw a Bonus, or to close or restrict an Account, where we reasonably suspect Bonus abuse or promotional misuse.
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- To receive a Bonus, you may need to:
- Opt in on the promotions page or in the cashier;
- Enter a valid promotion code;
- Meet an eligibility criterion (such as making a qualifying deposit or placing a qualifying Bet) within a specified timeframe.
- Bonuses and winnings derived from Bonuses may be subject to Wagering Requirements, for example, a requirement to wager 20 - 40 times the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount within a defined period (e.g. 7 - 30 days from grant). - Unless otherwise specified, only stakes made from your Bonus Balance (and where applicable, associated deposit) will contribute towards Wagering Requirements. Real money is usually staked before Bonus funds, but the specific staking order will be described in the Promotional Terms.
- If Wagering Requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, any remaining Bonus Balance and, where stated, any pending Bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Games, Actions and Betting Patterns
- Certain Games, bet types or stakes may be excluded from contributing towards Wagering Requirements or may contribute at a reduced percentage (for example, slots 100%, roulette 20%, blackjack 10%). The contribution table, if applicable, will be advertised with the promotion.
- Unless expressly permitted, the following activities are considered Bonus abuse and may result in cancellation of Bonuses and associated winnings, and potential Account closure:
- Placing low-risk or opposite Bets (for example, covering a large proportion of the outcomes of a single roulette spin) to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk;
- Using multiple Accounts or acting in concert with others to exploit a promotion;
- Deliberately delaying Game rounds or using strategies intended to secure winnings from real money and losses from Bonus funds disproportionately.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Limitations
- Only one welcome or first-time deposit offer may be claimed per person, household, IP address, device, payment method or shared environment, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- You may not combine multiple active Bonuses on the same funds unless the Promotional Terms specifically allow this. Where multiple promotions are available, we may require that Wagering Requirements for one promotion are completed or expired before another becomes active.

Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Subject to availability and regulatory requirements, we may support a range of payment methods for UK players, including debit cards, bank transfers, selected e-wallets and, where permitted by law and our regulators, other digital payment services. Fees, Chargebacks and Currency

- In general, Bets that have been validly placed and accepted are not refundable. - We are not obliged to refund any losses arising from your play. Limitation of Liability

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Right to Suspend or Close Your Account

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
